Establecer un promedio de valor por metro cuadrado de proyectos de apartamentos en los estratos tres (3) y cuatro (4) de la Ciudad de Bogotá, teniendo en cuenta la rentabilidad de los presupuestos analizados.

Our degree project will focus on apartment projects for strata three (3) and four (4) of the city of Bogotá, taking into account that it is more feasible that it can generate a good profitability in the completion of its works and in the sales offered to all the public that is interested in acquiring real estate, in addition to the aforementioned strata, the middle class of Colombians can access a home with large spaces, better finishes and in sectors desired by them for better satisfaction in horizontal properties (PH). Thus, we can determine the value of the square meter that will be offered to buyers for homes in strata three (3) and four (4) of the city of Bogotá, this in order to have various price alternatives according to the market value over time, allowing it to be more attractive to people with the possibility of purchasing a home.
