Aproximación al estado del arte de la comprensión del conflicto entre profesores y su manejo desde la gestión directiva en instituciones educativas de Bogotá entre los años 2010 y 2020

Resumen
The present work analyzed the way in which the conflict between teachers is understood and how it has been handled from the directive management, this through a review of theses published between 2010 and 2020 that address the nature of said conflicts and the coexistence in teachers applicable to elementary and middle school educational institutions in the city of Bogotá. A qualitative, hermeneutical methodology with an exploratory approach was used, the main instrument being an analytical matrix that allowed organizing the different units extracted from the documents. It is concluded that even the approach to this specific conflict is carried out from the denial or minimization of its effects and very general solutions are established that do not have specific tools. In addition, for the design of conflict resolution processes between teachers, it should always be based on identifying the nature and cause of the conflicts, with which strengths to be developed by the manager could be better elucidated. Likewise, the positions of the authors reviewed point out that the conflict always involves different direct and indirect parties and all members of the community are called to intervene from their role, their knowledge and experiences, which also means understanding daily life schools, and the changing and challenging dynamics that this environment offers.
