La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el acuerdo que reforma la normativa de tránsito de carros en Bogotá, permitiendo que los de yunta circulen por calles no centrales con licencia mensual. Exime del pago a los vehículos ligeros usados por instituciones de beneficencia, siempre que estén registrados y marcados. También establece que los daños al pavimento serán responsabilidad del propietario del vehículo. Noticia publicada en el Registro Municipal el 20 de junio de 1901.
