Abstract

The image contains news about the agreement by which a regulation for electrical energy installations and services is adopted. The tempered wires of the network must be fixed to insulators, or joined to the ground, according to article 20. d) The minimum height above the ground of a bare conductor must be six meters, except at road intersections where it is minimum must be eight meters. e) Drivers must be at a distance from fruit trees or accessible parts of houses that cannot be reached without using special means. f) The iron poles and pylons must be provided with lightning rods attached to the ground, in accordance with the requirements of articles 18, 20 and 21.
