Resumen
The image contains a news item about the Resolution on the use of stamped paper in the courts, in which it is stated that the courts of first instance are responsible for the cost of paper to issue the reports that by law they are obliged to give. In view of several communications from the Governor's Office of Bogota stating that some of the courts of first instance do not give the reports provided for in the decree of August 5, 1843 on the administration of justice, excusing themselves with the fact that they are not provided with paper to extend them, H.E. Ospina, the President of the Republic, has dictated the following: The courts of first instance having the legal obligation to give the reports ordered by the decree of August 5, 1843 on the administration of justice, and the law not providing that they are supplied with paper to extend them, it is understood that the expense of this is the responsibility of the courts themselves.
