Análisis y apoyo del proceso de saneamiento catastral de predios rurales en los municipios de Puerto López, Acacias y Restrepo del departamento del Meta administrados por la Sociedad de Activos Especiales S.A.S para la entrega y venta a la Agencia Nacional de Tierras en el marco de la reforma agraria

Abstract

The report documents the internship carried out by David Santiago Peña Florián and Floe Geraldinne Valenzuela Molina, focused on the analysis and support to the process of cadastral reorganization of rural properties in the municipalities of Acacías, Restrepo and Puerto López, in the department of Meta, Colombia. This work was carried out at Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE S.A.S.) and its main objective was to guarantee the consistency of the cadastral and registry information to facilitate the transfer of 56 properties to the National Land Agency (ANT), within the framework of the agrarian reform. The project included the diagnosis of inconsistencies in areas, boundaries and ownership records; the development of technical concepts for reorganization; and the formulation of proposals to improve cadastral management. Among the proposals are the implementation of a digital library of public deeds and the automation of processes through artificial intelligence. This work contributes to the national land redistribution policy, promoting sustainable and equitable rural development.
