Abstract

The image contains a notice about the Contract on Acts of Celebration of July 20th on Fireworks in which it is mentioned that under the signatures of José Manuel Restrepo S. on behalf of the Board in charge of the celebration of July 20th, which hereinafter will be referred to as Restrepo, and J. Emilio Vegar, in his own name, hereinafter referred to as Vegar, have entered into the following contract in which they undertake to manufacture, place and light some fireworks, which will burn in the Plaza de Bolivar on the night of July 19, all of very good quality and very lucid, according to a program stipulated in three moments, being these First strike, intermission, second time, intermission, third strike and final. Then a Minute is mentioned by which it is stipulated at 12 o'clock of the ninth day of June to hold a meeting in the hall of the Mayor's office, previous invitation and participation of the members in charge, adjourning the session at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, exciting the members of the Board to meet again when each commission has celebrated the respective contracts.
