Abstract

The internship carried out as a degree modality was developed in the firm SALMER SAS who executes a project for the National Savings Fund in front of the realization of appraisals at the national level for the financing of credits, said internship focused on generating support in the project Faced with the activities carried out in terms of carrying out the appraisals, of implementing a spatial database because the company did not have an efficient information system, this base is very useful for the company since it will receive a better information management in terms of integrity, security, time optimization, decision-making and data analysis. When implementing the spatial database, the design of a GIS is generated which integrates the essential data of the project carried out for the National Savings Fund, which allows users to interact with the information. Finally, having the largest number of appraisals concentrated in the city of Bogotá, the town of Bosa was selected as a case study in the execution of an economic model which comes from determining variables to estimate the value of the square meter of the land in the sector, this model can be fed in the future as the sample increases in the locality, generating a better response.
