The image presents a news about:" In the number 639 of his read diary appears a referral against the surgical service of the house of Marly, in which it is stated that there are no elements necessary to practice a laparotomy. In my capacity as the person in charge of this service, I allow myself to correct this accusation, which goes ashore with the fact that there have been many of these operations and others of lesser importance ". La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" En el numero 639 de su leído diario aparece un remitido contra el servicio quirúrgico de la casa de Marly, en que se afirma que no hay en ella elementos necesarios para practicar una Laparotomía. En mi carácter de encargado de este servicio, me permito rectificar esta acusación, que se va a tierra con el hecho de que allí se han practicado muchas de estas operaciones y otras de menos importancia ".
