The decree considers that the editorial staff of El Correo Nacional has turned the newspaper into an instrument of systematic aggression against the authority of the Head of State and of political agitation. He states that after a long tolerance, the Government decided to suspend the newspaper for six months with the argument of thus removing the permanent causes of disturbance. El decreto considera que la redacción de El Correo Nacional ha convertido el periódico en un instrumento de agresión sistemática contra la autoridad del Jefe del Estado y de agitación política.
