Among the fundamental factors that impact the value of land, is the construction of transport infrastructure works, since allowing or facilitating communication between two or more places is always a characteristic that affects that value, it is generally accepted that a place more and better connected with others is more appetizing or more valued, this is especially remarkable in the urban context. In the Colombian context and more speciĄcally in the city of Bogotá, the construction of this infrastructure generally falls to the official authorities, in their function of generating well-being, however, from this stage a question arises, how are these projects Ąnanced?, the authorities have usually used to generate valuation levies based on two aspects, the costs and expenses foreseen for the execution of the work, and in Sufficiently clear and satisfactory. This study analyzes the factors that inĆuence the value of land from a multitemporal perspective, through Geographically Weighted Regression, a technique that allows to identify the variations in the space of the aforementioned factors, this was carried out within the framework of the construction of Laureano Gomez Avenue between streets 147 and 170, work belonging to Agreement 180 of 2005, this agreement established that this construction would be Ąnanced Is consistent with the spatial and temporal variation of the variables involved in the indicated methodology, leaving in question the justiĄcation and technique, on which the calculation of the contribution by valuation is based, for the road section in question.
