Abstract

The image contains a news item about the concerts of vagrants in the houses of reclusion dictated by Pedro Alcántara Herran as President of the Republic, in which it is stipulated the directors of the houses of reclusion in which they have established well-ordered jobs and in which the products of work of the inmates reach to cover the expenses of food and clothing of the same.
