Procedimiento para la localización de predios no identificados en el proceso de delimitación de suelos de protección por riesgo en Bogotá D.C., contenidos en la resolución No.1482 de 2019 (por la cual se actualizó el mapa No.6 del Decreto Distrital 190 de 2004 - POT)

Abstract

This monograph establishes the method for the correct location of properties, which were included as Protective Ground Per Risk, which were not mapped in the process of delimiting Protective ground per Risk in Bogotá DC, contained in the Resolution No. 1482 of 2019 (Whereby Map 6 Of District Act 190 Of 2004 – TAP was updated). Achieving the analysis and interpretation of the cadastral and geographic information contained in the technical documents issued by the District Institute for Risk Management and Climate Change - IDIGER, which in turn served as a support to recommend the inclusion of Protective ground per Risk due to their Threat and / or Risk conditions. The study area is located in the Cadastral Sector Bella Flor Sur, UPZ 67: Lucero, from Ciudad Bolívar’s county in the city of Bogotá D.C., Republic of Colombia.
