Esta imagen contiene una noticia de la: "Escuela de Las Nieves", donde la señora Virjinía Peña de R, maestra graduada de la Normal de mujeres del Estado, ha sido nombrada por el Consejo de Instruccion pública de la ciudad, Directora de la escuela de niñas del barrio de las Niéves. Felicitamos a los habitantes de dicho barrio por los beneficios que en sus hijas van a recibir con la práctica del nuevo sistema de enseñanza, i esperamos que la nueva Directora, entusiasta como es por la educacion de la juventud, cosechará abundosos frutos en su noble labor.
