Abstract

The image contains a news story about the persistent request from the public and press in Bogotá for several years to implement nighttime toilets in the city's public parks. Despite the efforts and interest of some Ministers, the orders to carry out this initiative have not been carried out. It is noted that night retreats are popular in Europe and America, offering entertainment to the community and facilitating social interaction. Although Bogotá has beautiful parks, the lack of these types of events contrasts with less populated and supposedly less civilized cities. However, a positive change is mentioned, since electric light bulbs have been installed in the Buenos Aires Kvar Park to allow adequate nighttime toilets to be carried out. It is expected that this measure will be well received and will be extended to other parks such as Santander, San Diego and Los Mártires, considering it necessary to introduce public amusements in the capital of the Republic.
