The image shows a news item in which there is a report addressed to the President of the Provincial Chamber, commenting on the conditions of the Charity Hospital, where it is clarified that the building is ruined and in poor condition to provide its services, it is stated requests that the conditions of the hospital infrastructure be improved and the salaries of officials increased. La imagen muestra una noticia en la cual hay un informe dirigido hacia el Señor Presidente de la Cámara Provincial, comentándole cuales son las condiciones del Hospital de Caridad, donde se aclara que el edificio esta arruinado y en malas condiciones para prestar sus servicios, se le solicita que se puedan mejorar las condiciones de la infraestructura del hospital y aumentar el salario de los funcionarios.
