The image contains a news story about a gentleman boarding a tram in the city and sitting under a street lamp that was dripping with a greasy substance and without realizing it, he stained his coat and clothes with the substance. When he realized it, he tried to recover his overcoat, but it was too late. The incident was caused by the poor condition of the tram's headlight. News published on January 21, 1897.

La imagen contiene una noticia sobre que un caballero subió a un tranvía en la ciudad y se sentó debajo de un farol que estaba goteando una sustancia grasosa y sin darse cuenta se manchó el sobretodo y la ropa con la sustancia, cuando se dio cuenta, intentó recuperar su sobretodo, pero ya era demasiado tarde. El incidente fue causado por el mal estado del farol del tranvía.
