La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del nombramiento de un diputado que representará los intereses de la ciudad, para promover e correspondiente juicio de responsabilidad por el ejercicio que aquella corporación a hecho de una función que no esta claramente atribuida, después de que Bogotá dejo de ser un distrito federal para ser un estado, antes de la constitución la carta fundamental de Colombia, era el pacto de unión del 20 de Septiembre de 1861 donde se reconocía como entidades políticas los nueve estados hoy existentes, mas el distrito federal el cual se regirá como lo determine la municipalidad, hasta que la asamblea del estado soberano de Cundinamarca lo incorpore legalmente a dicho estado.
