La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de Que aunque el arlículo 155 de la lei (SIC) de 19 de mayo de 1834, orgánica de provincias, autoriza al concejo municipal para que nombre su presidente, no está determinada la duracion de este;
2. ° Que en las ciudades, villas ó distritos parroquiales en que el concejo municipal hace las veces de cabildo ordinario, el presidente de aquella corporacion debe tambien convocar i presidir el cabildo abierto
