La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el presidio del estado de Cundinamarca en el cual mediante un cuadro se manifiesta las altas y bajas septiembre en el establecimiento durante el mes de así mismo se puede evidenciar que para este mes hubieron 182 reos en total, por otro lado se presentó 2 altas, 2 bajas y al finalizar el mes de agosto 182 reos, Presidio del primer Distrito, residente en el Departamento de Neiva este cuadro fue presentado por Lino Peña el 29 de febrero de 1860.
