Contact Selecto SAS, is a travel agency majority, which is responsible for making tour packages to offer retail travel agencies and individual clients. Currently, the tourism sector is one of the most competitive thanks to the large number of travel agencies, the benefits granted by the government to the market and increased use of the internet by customers to develop their tourism packages without the need resorting to third parties. It is irrefutable that the stability of travel agencies and their positioning in the market depends on the ability of them to offer products and services with quality, able to bring in customers with the best experience and a high level of recall when plan a trip. That said, driven SAS Contact Selecto established as a travel agency market leader, able to provide quality services to commercial customers and allies. Decides to design strategic methodology to implement a system of comprehensive quality management that meets the requirements of the three rules governing travel agencies called Sectorial Technical Standards (NTS) NTS AV 001, NTS AV 002 and NTS AV 004 and ISO 9001: 2008. In this paper we find the description of the activities performed within the travel agency Contact Selecto SAS to ensure the sale of tourist packages and providing a quality service, with strategic alliances with suppliers and loyalty customers.
