Abstract

The image contains a notice about Ordinance 9 which stipulates the arrangement of the District Court, the Commercial Court and the Courts of the province of Bogota, defining each of the guidelines for the creation of the same, their location and the denomination that each one will have. Additionally, the creation of the circuit courts created by the ordinance on territorial division is defined. In the case of Bogotá, two will be created for the dispatch of civil matters, two for criminal matters and in the case of Zipaquirá and Chocontá there will be only one court for both civil and criminal matters. The guidelines for the Parish Courts are also defined and finally the salaries of the Parish Courts, their subordinates, the Magistrates and other employees of the Circuit Court are stipulated.
