Abstract

The inter-administrative agreement CIA 119 of 2015 subscribed on the day, June 24, 2015, starting on December 1, 2015, between the Kennedy local development fund and the Francisco José de Caldas District University with the contracts of public works N ° 213 and N ° 214 of 2015 whose object is to carry out the technical, administrative, environmental, social, legal and financial supervision of the contracts that derive from the contractual process whose object is "to carry out to exhaustible amount the diagnosis and elaboration of studies and designs, maintenance, rehabilitation or reconstruction of the road network of the town of Kennedy group 1, group 2, valid for 2015 "with the addition process in the contract for the intervention of other road fronts. The contract had a duration of one year and one month with six months of extension for the completion of the new CIVs (Road Identification Codes) studied and planned for the preparation of studies and designs, maintenance, rehabilitation or reconstruction of the road network of the Kennedy locality by the mayor's office for a total contract value of $ 1,614,393,978 (One thousand six hundred fourteen million, three hundred ninety three thousand, nine hundred seventy eight pesos) and a contribution made by the university of less than 50% co-financing a value of $ 146,763,089 (one hundred forty-six million, seven hundred sixty-three thousand, eighty-nine pesos) thus making a contribution by the Kennedy local development fund in the amount of $ 1,467,630,889 (one thousand four hundred sixty-seven million, six hundred thirty thousand , eight hundred and eighty-nine pesos). This being an important inter-administrative agreement for the university due to the great contribution that I made to society and to the same agreement through its interns and the professionals hired for the strict fulfillment of what is required by the contract.
