Esta imagen contiene una noticia del: "Restablecimiento de la 2a. Casa de Educación de esta Capital", trata sobre la presentación de las bases del plan de enseñanza que se promete dar con obligaciones recíprocas tanto de los padres de familias, como del director de la misma casa, con el fin de no retardar la nueva planta de ese establemcimiento. Se debe tomar en considereación algunas bases, también determinar si deben elevarse a escritura pública los que crean convenientes para la seguridad de sus mutuos intereses y principios con justicia, basados en el reglamento y las condiciones adecuadas.
