Abstract

The image contains a news about the Circular of August 30 in which formalities are mentioned that must be observed to destine bums to the service of arms, in this one it is mentioned to exempt these people of this service verifying their civil state and the position of discharged soldiers, therefore it is disposed that to avoid the occurrence of such inconveniences in ahead it has been resolved that a copy of the sentence is directed in which it is stipulated the people destined to such position are catalogued as bums before being accepted. It is also mentioned the addition of a Circular that sets forth rules in relation that vagrants not having capital vices be destined to the army and their number be discounted from the contingent of the parish to which they belong. Finally, it is mentioned that the individuals condemned as vagrants, according to the legal procedures, to the service of the army, will be received in the corps that compose it, even if they are older than 36 years old, as long as they have the necessary physical aptitudes.
