Propuesta de implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (Sg-Sst) en la empresa Collision SCS bajo el Decreto 1072 de 2015

Abstract

In this document grade is designed the proposal to implement the management system of safety and health at work in the company COLLISION S.C.S under the regulatory decree 1072 of May 2015. It is developed taking into account the phases: initial diagnosis, planning, implementation, verification and improvement of the system. In the first part is performed an initial diagnosis of reviewing how is the panorama of health and safety at work in the organizatión, then high-risk tasks are identified, which allow prioritization of hazards and proposing controls of the risks generating negative impacts on the health of workers. Based on this informatión is proposed the activities to be implemented for the compliance del SG-SST as they are the annual work plan, training plan, budget needed to make it happen and the different requirements exposed in the decree 1072 de 2015 in the chapter 6, along with the development documentation that describing the procedures necessary to manage the system of safety and health at work, with the purpose of preventing occupational accidents and diseases to look at increase labor productivity, improving the workplace and work environment in the company.
