Problema social de la corrupción. Perspectivas desde la dinámica de sistemas

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increase in the recognition of the harmful effects of the problem of corruption, both on economic growth and on the well-being of society; Different studies of corruption have been carried out, each characterizing different aspects of the problem, such as the factors that promote it, the most frequent typologies, costs and other socio-economic consequences. In this work, logic and mathematics are incorporated into the approaches of social sciences through the use of simulation as a tool of representation of a complex system. Therefore, the interest of this work, in addition to collecting the information corresponding to all the most relevant aspects to make a characterization of the problem of corruption in Colombia; is to identify causes and factors that promote it, and thus be able to model this social problem based on continuous simulation, and propose and combine appropriate strategies that lead to its reduction.
