The image contains news about the Sessions of November 15, 16 and 17, 1853 in which the constituent provincial Legislature On November 10, 1858, the provincial Legislature presented a report on the elections of Deputies in the canton of Cáqueza. Extensive discussions arose due to disagreements over candidates for legislative positions. A draft Constitution and the qualification of the members of the Legislature by themselves, in accordance with the law of 1848, were also debated. In this session, proposals and draft ordinances related to roads and judicial matters were approved. Provincial finances were debated and votes were cast for different legislative positions. Debate on the draft Constitution continued on November 16, including discussions on police organization and provincial finances.
Finally, on November 17, several draft ordinances were accepted, the draft municipal Constitution was ratified and legislative officials were appointed, culminating the sessions of those days. In summary, the sessions addressed the election of Deputies, constitutional projects, road ordinances, provincial finances and police organization, among other topics.
