Resumen
This project identifies an appropriate and lower-cost method for the analysis and study of environmental phenomena to identify the susceptibility to threats due to flooding and mass removal. It is focused on analyzing environmental behaviors with the information captured through RPAS, with orthophotomosaics based on remote sensors with three-band spectral resolution and IRG and RGB real color combinations. The project analyzed and studied the identification of the susceptibility of environmental threats in urban areas with areas smaller than 300 hectares, for populations of less than 30,000 thousand inhabitants and it can be implemented in the populated centers of the rural area or urban area. The method structures the possible layers that can be generated with the data and orthophotomosaics constituted by means of the images captured by RPAS at a scale of 1: 5000, such as the ground cover, the slope, the geomorphology, the curvatures of the terrain. without using secondary information. However, the method failed to establish a methodology for the digitization of the geological and precipitation layers. To verify the method, tests were carried out in orthophotomosaic generated by the Government of Huila in the municipality of Nátaga in the years 2016 and 2018, composed of three spectral bands and a spatial resolution of 15 centimeters per pixel. With these inputs it is possible to identify the susceptibility to threat due to removal and flooding The results obtained serve as thematic information for the formulation or reformulation of the EOT, within the Colombian territory.
