Abstract

In times of pandemic, we continue to build a Public University from the beauty of our actions: We have learned from closeness, from our doubts, from our mistakes. We have learned from group work, from teamwork, even from our ways of fighting and our disagreements. Now, the call is to show solidarity, to re-invent, re-create, and re-learn. We had to adapt quickly, and we continue to do so, to advance in our growth, to join forces and keep contributing. Thank you! For continuing to build a public university, for taking on the challenge and being willing to change... It has not been easy. When this is over, we will open our doors again, we will arrive renewed, we will be different... We will discover the value of our learning, of our academia. We will continue to weave a system of thought and action. This is our University: a diverse, united community that gives its best, that contributes from the beauty of its actions. Although we are isolated, we are not stopped. We are the District University.
