Abstract

The image contains a notice about the Circular of March 11 on replacements for the army taken from among the lazy and harmful men, by means of which it is communicated that the President of the Republic has resolved that in accordance with the provisions of the circular order of this Office of December 6, which has been published in the Gazette number 589 and on page 110 of the respective Official Registry, replacements for the army will not be sent, except by taking them from among the lazy and harmful men, as has been ordered on repeated occasions. Additionally, it is mentioned that said information is made known to the General Commanders of the military departments for their intelligence and government.
