| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el decreto que abarca los lineamientos de aseo para prevenir mas estragos por la cólera asiático, todas las personas que ocupan casas, tiendas y solares en la ciudad tendrán que limpiar y poner corrientes, limpiar basura y otros residuos que se corrompan, barrer la calle 3 veces a la semana, cada tres 3 días deberán limpiar sus solares también aplicando para tiendas, los alcaldes deberán designar días de la semana para que se barran las calles y el comisario deberá recorrer las calles para conocer quienes no acatan estas ordenes.
