Resumen
Currently is notable deficiencies found in organizations at the functional level at the technological infrastructure that have implemented, with substantial further that are not integrated into the organizational structure and value creation, both productivity and information system; reflecting a low level of process performance and operational capabilities, and therefore, is not the efficient support of compliance with the corporate mission and strategic guidelines. That is why we have come methodologies that focus on process optimization of the hand of technology management as is the BPM methodology, which has established a framework to optimize these processes and align technology management with the mission organization, creating mutual understanding among all actors and processes of the organization, establishing guidelines for monitoring and continuous improvement. This article will show general concepts of BPM and how it enables integration with technology services organization.
