Abstract

The image contains a notice about the Agreement Number 29 of 1902 by means of which the conservation of dogs in the city is regulated, defining guidelines that must be complied with by the owners of dogs given the complaint of the citizenship that considers these as a danger for the inhabitants, in addition the stipulations for the possession of these animals are defined in relation to the elements that they must carry for the security of the inhabitants and the previous prescription of the same in the Office of Collection of Public Works and the value of the infractions that the noncompliance with this decree could be imposed. Finally, it mentions the handling of stray dogs that are pre-registered, those that are not and those that are property of the farmers.
