Finally, it mentions the handling of stray dogs that are pre-registered, those that are not and those that are property of the farmers. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Acuerdo Numero 29 de 1902 por medio del cual se reglamenta la conservación de perros en la ciudad, definiendo lineamientos que deberan ser cumplidos por los propietarios de perros dada la queja de la ciudadanía que considera a estos como un peligro para los habitantes, adicional se definen las estipulaciones para la tenencia de estos animales en relación con los elementos que deberan portar para la seguridad de los habitantes y la prescripción previa de los mismos en la Oficina de Recaudación de Obras Públicas y el valor de las infracciones que el no cumplir dicho decreto podrían ser impuestas. Finalmente se menciona el manejo que debe darsele a los perros extraviados que esten preinscritos, los que no lo esten y aquellos que sean propiedad de los campesinos.
