Resumen
A methodological proposal for employability measurement is developed from the analysis of the notions of employability exposed by different authors and entities, from which the concept of employability of IES graduates is constructed. Subsequently, the measurement and analysis models and methodologies used in each country of the Pacific Alliance are systematized, compared and analyzed, as well as experiences applied in other contexts. From these analyzes, variables and indicators that harmonize employability are selected and social actors that influence employability for these countries are identified. Finally, new variables and indicators are designed to help describe the model, methodologies are integrated and harmonized, and the methodological proposal for employability measurement in the countries of the Pacific Alliance is constructed.
