Propuesta metodológica para la recolección de Información para el catastro multipropósito conforme al modelo LADM-COL

Abstract

This document describes a methodological proposal to advance data collection in the context of a multipurpose cadastre, based on the Land Administration Domain Model (LADM), according to the needs and characteristics required by the Colombian context (LADM-COL profile). To carry out this process, an application model is developed based on the LADM-COL Extended Cadastre-Registry Model version 4.0, which allows collecting the minimum geographic and alphanumeric variables to develop a cadastral formation process. Following the development of this model, the technological infrastructure that facilitates the development of the methodological proposal and simplifies the process of creating the automation mechanisms for the acquisition, edition and migration of the information captured in the field is determined. Finally, this document describes a pilot project that allows validating the methodological proposal by applying each of the products developed in this research and shows how this methodological proposal facilitates the cadastral training processes and decision-making in the Colombian multipurpose cadastre.
