Abstract

The Santafé de Bogotá Foundation, hereinafter FSFB, is a health center that has progressively improved its facilities, adapting to new regulations to provide the highest safety standards within its facilities. For this reason, there is a need to implement and/or replace the fire protection network system, hereinafter RCI, for which two companies have been contracted to carry out these tasks. It is the duty of CLS construlean management supervision, hereinafter CLS, to carry out the audit of such tasks. To achieve this, a follow-up is carried out to verify the quality of the materials and the execution of the implementation processes.Consequently, my job as an intern of the CLS company is to carry out this monitoring in the most efficient way and with the quality that the activity demands, therefore, my contribution to the academic and business community is to be a participant in a change in the control and monitoring formats to the processes named. To achieve this goal, the following objectives are proposed.
