The image contains news about circular number 15 which provides for the driving of the prisoner by individuals who did not belong to the army or national guard, which informs that the people who drive these vehicles to the punishment establishment will accrue the same proportion as the national guards when they provide the same service, the notification of these payments had to be communicated to the executive branch, where they made known what trajectory had been carried out until the establishment of punishment. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la circular número 15 en la que se dispone sobre la conducción del reo por individuo que no pertenecieron al ejercito o guarda nacional, el cual se informa que las personas que conduzcan estos vehículos al establecimiento de castigo, devengaran la misma proporción que los guardas nacionales cuando presten el mismo servicio, la notificación de estos pagos era necesario comunicar al poder ejecutivo, donde daban a conocer que trayectoria se había realizado hasta el establecimiento de castigo.
