Abstract

The objective of the work was to design an occupational health and safety management system, using various management tools that allowed for the development of a system tailored to the needs of the tire department at the PEB assembly plant of Fanalca. This was done in order to meet the regulatory standards based on the number of personnel working in the area, aiming to create a safer work environment. To achieve this result, a diagnosis of the current situation in the area was carried out, using the tools presented in the applicable regulations. Subsequently, the system formulation was done, ensuring compliance with the required standards, and constructing an annual work plan. Finally, suggestions for control measures were provided for the identified risks.
