Resumen
The image presents a news item about Circular number 282, which complements a previous ordinance on the provincial subsidy, which clarifies some important points about the implementation of the new subsidy. First of all, it is indicated that the data provided by public officials or individuals are not the only ones that the rating boards must consider to determine the income of each individual. These boards are urged to conduct additional research to obtain a more accurate assessment. Secondly, it is clarified that the ordinance does not speak of "net income" but of "income" in general, including the product of goods, industries or professions, regardless of whether it is consumed or accumulated. This means that the income to be considered for calculating the subsidy is the gross income. News published in El Constitucional. No. 282. December 2, 1850, page 1.
