Resumen
The present work is an approximation to the reflection to be done on the use and appropriation of new technologies in the context of educational inclusion of people experiencing hearing disabilities to mainstream education system. In order to recognize the process that each individual goes through, identify their practices, the current outlook and positioning of the participants against the aforementioned aspect, a series of semi-structured interviews and collection of autobiographical narratives they were conducted, which included the development of illustrated narrative sequences, creating a group (Stories hand), characters and avatars on Facebook, to end the production of a collective history between deaf and hearing. In conclusion, it is clear that the construction of the identity of the deaf subject excluded and the process of interaction and participation in different institutions (family, clinic, school, etc.), characterizing specific and appropriate ways to use new technologies and participate in the process of inclusive education, establishing a dialectic and systemic relationship between the three aspects mentioned above which constitute a contribution to understanding this phenomenon and contribute to its transformation.
