The image contains a news about the Agreement by means of which Mr. Hospicio's Trustee is authorized to auction or contrast the games that are established in Egypt on the sixth of the current days, following the tariff that to that effect has been agreed by this Corporation, therefore the contracts that are made must be communicated to the Mayor of the district so that he grants the corresponding licenses, within the same the tariffs are defined for the collection of the rights of the permitted games. After that, a chronogram related to the Fiestas Patrias is made in which the days in which each spectacle will be carried out are defined, being these, day 19 pertaining to Fireworks in the Plaza de Bolivar as allusive moment to the Independence, day 20 Great Alborada to greet the birth of the Homeland, this day particularly is subdivided in hours for the realization and those in charge of a spectacle. Finally it is stipulated to the inhabitants that from the 19th and until the night of the 25th they must illuminate the front of the houses, put garlands, festoons, wreaths and flags.

La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Acuerdo mediante el cual se autoriza al señor Síndico del Hospicio para que remate o contraste los juegos que se establezcan en Egipto el día seis de los corrientes ciñéndose a la tarifa que al efecto ha acordado esta Corporación, por tanto los contratos que sean realizados deberán ser comunicados al señor Alcalde del distrito para que este otorgue las licencias correspondientes, dentro del mismo se definen las tarifas para el cobro de los derechos de los juegos permitidos. Luego de ello se realiza un cronograma relacionado con las Fiestas Patrias en que se definen los días en que se realizará cada espectáculo, siendo estos , día 19 perteneciente a Fuegos artificiales en la Plaza de Bolívar como momento alusivo a la Independencia, día 20 Gran Alborada para saludar al natalicio de la Patria, este día particularmente se subdivide en horas para la realización y los encargados de un espectáculo. Finalmente se estipula a los habitantes que desde el dio 19 y hasta la noche del 25 de deben iluminar el frente de las casas, poner guirnaldas, festones, coronas y banderas.
