The image presents a news item about: "In the following days of the month of April next, the civic festival of Bogotá will be held, and in it will take place the fourth exhibition of the products of the industry, and the publication of the showy actions that have been denounced and that will be denounced until those days. The governor of the province excites the patriotism of the people of Bogotá and hopes for their cooperation for the greatest solemnity of this festival that, having as its exclusive objective to give incentives to the industry of the country, and to reward virtue and work, cannot and should not be looked upon with indifference by any inhabitant of the province in whose heart the noble sentiments of philanthropy beat." La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" En los días siguientes del mes de abril próximo se hará la fiesta cívica de Bogotá, y en ella tendrá lugar la cuarta exposición de los productos de la industria, y la publicación de las acciones vistosas que se han denunciado y que se denunciaran hasta aquellos días. El gobernador de la provincia excita el patriotismo de los bogotanos y espera su cooperación para la mayor solemnidad de esta fiesta que, teniendo por exclusivo objetivo dar estímulos a la industria del país, y premiar la virtud y trabajo, no puede ni debe mirarse con indiferencia por ningún habitante de la provincia en cuyo corazón palpita los nobles sentimientos de la filantropía ".
