Hip Hop al Parque 2013

Abstract

Bogotá is gearing up for the 17th Hip Hop al Parque Festival on October 26th and 27th in Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park. This festival will feature the best of hip hop culture: break dancing, graffiti, DJs, MCs, academic events, and plenty of energy for all attendees. The District Institute of the Arts (IDARTES) celebrates the 30-year history of Colombian rap in this edition with the participation of district, national, and international guest artists, and the first-ever performance of Bkids. As a cross-cutting activity, academic and entrepreneurial events will continue, as well as a diploma program with the Universidad Pedagógica and the sectoral alliance with hip hop schools.
