La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de Antonio Gutiérrez Rubio, mayor de edad, vecino de esta ciudad, en carácter de Personero municipal, debidamente autorizado por el Concejo en su sesión del día catorce del presente mes, y en nombre y representación del Municipio de Bogotá, solicito de usted atentamente que, previa la tramitación de un juicio ordinario, y con audiencia del señor Director-Gerente de la Compañía Constructora y Explotadora del Teatro Municipal.
