| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la resolución del poder ejecutivo la cual declara que corresponde a la Gobernación de Bogotá, y no al jefe político, conceder licencias a los empleados de las administraciones de las salinas de Zipaquirá, Nemocón y Tausa. Se establece que estos empleados dependen de la autoridad del gobernador de manera especial y distinta a otros funcionarios. Por tanto, no se les aplica el artículo 7 de la ley del 16 de mayo de 1836, y no pueden separarse de sus funciones sin una licencia escrita emitida por la Gobernación, salvo en casos graves y urgentes. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains a news item about the resolution of the executive branch which declares that it is up to the Government of Bogotá, and not the political leader, to grant licenses to the employees of the administrations of the Zipaquirá, Nemocón and Tausa salt flats. It is established that these employees depend on the authority of the governor in a special way and different from other officials. Therefore, article 7 of the law of May 16, 1836 does not apply to them, and they cannot be separated from their duties without a written license issued by the Government, except in serious and urgent cases.
