The image contains news about Agreement Number 11 of 1899, by which a contract on the installation of kiosks to post notices is approved. This agreement seeks to legitimize the contract between the Municipal Representative Jesús Ordóñez Suárez and Alfredo A. de Guzmán, which stipulates the installation of at least thirty kiosks in strategic points of the city, designated by the Mayor. These kiosks, with an elegant and appropriate design, will be used to post public and commercial notices. The agreement includes specific clauses to guarantee the aesthetics, cleanliness and content of the ads, prohibiting some materials.
