Resumen
The imaginaries on integral development that are proposed in the policy guidelines in the sports sector for children and adolescents permanently influence all spaces outside the home, since they mark the intervention guidelines from a rights guarantee approach, which in The case of the sports sector comes from Law 181 of 1995, which established that training sport is the manifestation that contributes to the integral development of the individual under a stages and processes approach, whose purpose is the improvement of capacities and abilities until the sports improvement, therefore, based on this legal provision, public policies and district government plans have formulated strategies and programs aimed at contributing to integral development, but the concern of results arises are the approaches and imaginary on integral development that were proposed from the sports policy guidelines in Bogotá for boys, girls and adolescents in the period 2009-2019 and if these generated tensions within the program of the District Institute of Recreation and Sports - IDRD, 40x40 - TEC, consequently and to answer this question, a conceptual approach to childhood was carried out and adolescence, the imaginaries, public policies and their relationships with civil and social rights, human development, motor skills and formative sports, to then apply the case study method from a mixed approach, which, Develop that the Imaginaries of integral development are situated in the discursive line of being guarantors of the right from an individual accessibility perspective, where sport contributes to an integral formation, which is meant according to its institutional intention according to the Sports Law.
