Resumen
The image contains news about the Circular on Coins issued on April 6, 1859. In this circular addressed to Treasury Intendants, State Governors, General Treasurer and Administrators of various entities, a series of provisions related to the reception and treatment of foreign silver coins in the national income and tax collection offices. According to the resolution, only foreign silver coins that comply with the same laws and weight as national coins, specified in current legal provisions, will be accepted. Those that do not meet these conditions, whether due to deviations in law or weight, will not be received. In addition, a correction is mentioned in the valuation of the Spanish columnar peseta, which was previously received for twenty-five cents but, due to depreciation, will now only be accepted for twenty cents in the Treasury offices of the Confederation.
