The image contains news about the visit made to the Departmental Treasury Administration of Bogotá, dated April 16, 1860. In this procedure, the accounts and financial operations carried out during the 9th, 10th and 11th of the same month were examined. Several observation points were highlighted, such as the balances in the cash account and the special road fund, as well as the balance of voucher accounts of different kinds. A discrepancy was pointed out in the road bill, where the auctioneer had not covered his entire liability. In addition, emphasis was placed on the need to liquidate and reimburse certain sums from guides sent by the toll collector in the Guachetá district. An order was issued for individual Administrators to submit their accounts and documents in a timely manner, under the threat of being removed from their positions in case of non-compliance.
